The hotel offers a mixed experience with excellent rooms but some disturbances. The location is superb for exploring the city, but there are noise issues. The dining experience fell short of expectations. The service is decent, and the price is reasonable considering the amenities.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and relatively clean, but I was a bit put off by the original car park location two floors below ground level. The hotel catered well for disabled persons, which was a positive. The service was good overall, with attentive housekeeping and a nice welcome drink. However, I didn't find any pet amenities available, which was a downside. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the center, near major attractions like MOMA 1 & 2, Dean Village, and contemporary galleries. However, the hygiene standards were not up to par, and the surroundings didn't live up to my expectations, making me decide not to book again despite the cheap rooms. The dining experience was a letdown as it was truly awful with limited choices and overpriced options. On the bright side, the hotel had an indulgent pastry that stood out.
